El trabajo se desarrollará en el área de gestión de mantenimiento y en dependencia directa del Facility Manager de Grupo.

Funciones:

- Planificar y coordinar todas las instalaciones y reformas de España.
- Gestionar el mantenimiento de los equipos y suministros para cumplir las normas de salud y seguridad.
- Inspeccionar las estructuras de los edificios para determinar la necesidad de reparaciones o renovaciones.
- Mejorar el retorno sobre inversión en activos.
- Reducir costos de ejecución, operación, ocupación y mantenimiento.
- Planificar, supervisar y organizar globalmente las actividades de mantenimiento.
- Garantizar que las instalaciones estén plenamente operativas y que todos los servicios públicos funcionen correctamente.
- Programar y supervisar los trabajos de reparación de mantenimiento y asistir en la comprobación de la instalación y el mantenimiento de los equipos de los clubes e instalaciones de la empresa.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa a todos los níveles.
- Tramitar con las autoridades competentes toda la documentación legal requerida para el mantenimiento de las instalaciones.
- Resolver detalles generales y específicos y garantizar la estandarización de los productos.

**Requisitos**:
Estudios Minimos: Ingeniería / Ingeniería Técnica.

Experiência: al menos 3 años.

Experiência en la gestión de equipos multifuncionales.

Conocimientos prácticos de sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado.

Alta capacidad de comunicación a todos los níveles. Persona empática, respetuosa, generadora de confianza, con capacidad de liderazgo, orientada a la cohesión de los equipos y al trabajo colaborativo.
