We host 12 businesses and are the worldwide HQ of the 3D Printing and the Large Format Printing businesses and the EMEA HQ for the Graphics Solutions Business. We also have the largest HP R&D Lab outside of the US and a fantastic Demo center.Multi Jet Fusion is HP’s proprietary technology for 3D printing of polymers. In this position you will help understand requirements from customers in industries from automotive, healthcare, industrial and consumer goods to apply to our future roadmap of products and work with our R&D team to bring these solutions to the market.Specifically, the intern will support the Product Management team in the 3D polymers Barcelona organization in Sant Cugat del Valles.ResponsibilitiesDefine future roadmap of products (HW, materials, services) and work with customers to validate business opportunities, define program requirements, set pricing, and collaborate with R&D and other business functions (Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, etc.) to deliver on time and on budget.Manage HP relationship with material partners and work together to drive 3D adoption.Manage current business of consumables (materials and agents). Lead continuous product data and performance analysis to provide insights to leadership on opportunities to drive business optimization and growth.Handle day-to-day commercial field requests related to materials and work with customers to understand product requirements and validate their applications.Prioritize requests from various stakeholders against strategic goals and define requirements for each request.Work with internal functions to deliver new products to market.Provide regular updates about program progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.Stay up to date with industry trends to evolve product positioning, experience, and offerings.Act as subject matter expert through internal training and develop tools needed (communication tools, product training, workshops, etc.) to enable regional category and sales teams to effectively tell the product story to partners and customers.Effectively get buy-in on the product vision, strategy, and commercials from markets and channel partners.Education & Experience RecommendedCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Materials or Industrial preferred) or a related field.Previous internship or project experience in product management, the 3D printing industry, or a technology-related field is a plus.Knowledge and SkillsFamiliarity with product management roles and / or partner management experience.Basic understanding of the 3D printing industry or related technology field.Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of handling technical, customer, and partner discussions.Passion for understanding business challenges and delivering outcomes, with a willingness to engage in data analysis.Ability to manage multiple work streams effectively and provide timely updates to leadership.What We OfferOpportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues from around the world.Chance to work on disruptive technology and in an innovative industry.Diverse and continued internal growth and career opportunities, including access to HP’s own learning platform and LinkedIn Learning.An attractive benefit package, including :Health & Life insuranceLunch at reduced prices at our canteen or ticket restaurant vouchersHP product discountFlex optimization program : Kindergarten tickets, public transportation ticketsAccess to our Women Network, which organizes activities such as networking, promotion of STEM vocations, and talks on improving business acumen, work-life balance, and future skills.Disclaimer : This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
