What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a Tech Lead Developer with 6–10 years of solid software development experience and strong architectural skills. You’ll be leading by example, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices are followed.Java 18 & deep understanding of the JVM ecosystem (memory model, tuning, threading, modularization, reactive streams)Expertise in Software Architecture, SOA, OOD, and design patternsStrong command of the Spring ecosystemSolid experience with AWS, especially Lambda, Step Functions, and deployment strategiesGood understanding of distributed messaging systems (e.g., ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ)Proficient in TypeScript and modern Angular frameworksSkilled in SQL & NoSQL databasesPassionate about clean code, TDD, code reviews, and mentoring junior devsProven experience designing complex distributed systems and integration architectures?
