Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema a través de los planes de mantenimiento y mejoras asociadas a la producción con el objetivo de reducir las incidencias en los procesos.

Ensure the correct operation of the system through maintenance plans and improvements associated with production in order to reduce incidents in the processes.

- Registrar todo el trabajo realizado.

- Representar a la empresa de manera profesional en todo momento.
- Adherirse a los procesos y procedimientos de Calidad establecidos por la empresa.

ENGLISH
- Carry out the maintenance of equipment in accordance with the quality standards established in the equipment manuals.
- Carry out the scheduled repairs in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations at Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / PLC / PC level.
- To comply with Health and Safety legislation at all times.
- To ensure production quality at all times.
- To record all work carried out.
- Involvement in continuous improvement.
- To ensure on-site spares are kept to optimum levels.
- To represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- To adhere to de Quality processes and procedures established by the company.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:

- Conocimiento en experiência Eléctrica / Mecánica o equivalente.
- Interpretación de manuales técnicos mecánicos, eléctricos y electrónicos.
- Comprensión general de los sistemas de control.
- Comprensión básica de equipos PLC, convertidores de frecuencia, sistemas de posicionamiento, etc.
- Trabajos en altura.
- Experiência previa (mínimo dos años) de trabajo con diversos sistemas automatizados (ajuste de piezas móviles, guías, frenos, eje de transmisión, etc.)
- Comprensión de los programas de mantenimiento pre-preventivo (PPM)
- Capacidad para solucionar problemas, probar y reparar equipos técnicos como transelevadores, transportadores, etc.
- Capacidad para trabajar en turnos rotatorios y adaptarse a los horarios de trabajo cambiantes en función de la producción.

ENGLISH
- Knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent experience.
- Interpretation of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic technical manuals and drawings.
- General understanding of control systems.
- Basic understanding of PLC equipment, frequency converters, positioning systems, etc.
- Working at height.
- Previous experience (minimum two years) working with various automated systems (adjustment of moving parts, guides, brakes, drive shaft, etc.)
- Understanding of Pre-Preventive Maintenance Programs (PPM)
- Ability to troubleshoot, test and repair technical equipment such as stacker cranes, conveyors, etc.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to changing work schedules based on production.
