Join to apply for the Senior Product Manager Spouted Pouch role at SIG Group.You may be our new Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)Responsible for managing his/her product(s) life cycle all the way from the strategic planning to tactical initiativesDefine his/her product line(s) strategy, in line with Global Marketing vision, and influence acceptance and adoption of that strategy across the organizationLead the development of new products including the collection of market requirements and of the scope of product innovation projectsDefine the go-to-market strategy with Cluster organizationWork with Cluster organizations to develop product deployment plans and track their implementation and KPIsShadow P&L responsibility i.e.: supporting clusters in achieving their P&L targets including the achievement of the business case related targets connected to a new product deploymentMust possess a blend of business and technical savvyGo to person in case of any questions or concerns, redirect to the respective Team Member if neededMentor other product managers within the teamwork, cross-functionally with the R&D, engineering, cluster marketing, sales, and other departments, developing strong relationships between all these departments that allow for the smooth and efficient flow of product activities and the establishment of trust with crucial process partnersGenerate showcases, visibility in press and trade shows, customer presentations and sales material, website content in close collaboration with GM brand and communication, and corporate communicationThe Senior Product Manager also performs other duties as required by the Head of Product Management or the Employer.
