With our team of motivated professionals, we create and develop innovative environmental and Energy technological solutions to transfer them to the industrial businesses.Are you ready for the challenge?We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management Office, which is in charge of the management of R&D European and national projects at CIRCE as well as technology transfer contracts with private clients.KEY RESPONSABILITIESThe candidate will support the researchers by managing Horizon Europe and National funded projects from the grant preparation phase to the project closure:Internal coordination of the Research Areas involvedCoordination of international consortiumsRepresentation before the European CommissionRepresentation of CIRCE before the consortiumBudget preparation and controlProject progress monitoringPreparation of project reports and review of deliverablesOrganisation and management of plenary meetingsSupport the preparation of new project proposalsCoordination and support of dissemination activitiesSupport CIRCE’s positioning, results exploitation, and internationalizationThe candidate will also be involved in the management of key technology transfer projects:Internal coordination of the Research Areas involvedRepresentation of CIRCE before the clientProject progress monitoringClose cooperation with Market development departmentOrganization and management of project meetingsABOUT YOUIndustrial Engineer or similar technical background is requiredProficient in English, at least C1 level or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position working in the field of R&D projects, industrial projects or any other technological fieldSKILLSClient-orientedSelf-starter and high level of engagementTeam player and strong communication skillsResult driven and analytical thinkingNegotiation skillsExcellent written, communication, and presentation skillsPro-activity, critical viewpoint, and willingness to contributeAvailability to travelBENEFITSFlexible working hoursPrivate Health insuranceCutting-edge technical trainingMeals, transport, and kindergarten via flexible compensation schemeRemote friendly policy+30 vacation labour days per yearTeam building activitiesOur exceptional office is based in ZaragozaJoin a company where people come first, with an unbeatable work environment and great talent where we truly live our values.We are looking forward to meeting you.#CreatingTogether
