We're looking for a dedicated IT Outsourcing Contract Manager to oversee and manage a significant Master Services Agreement (MSA) with an outsourcing provider. In this role, you'll ensure the contract delivers measurable cost savings, aligns with business objectives, and maintains top-tier service quality. With more than 52 different nationalities represented in our company, we offer our employees the opportunity to collaborate with people from all over the world, enriching the work environment and providing the opportunity to learn and grow in a truly global setting.Professional Growth Opportunities: We are committed to the professional development of our employees and provide numerous opportunities for growth within the company.Compensation and Benefits Package: It includes a company bonus plan, pension, employee stock program, and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).What will make you succeed in this position?3-5 years of experience in operational contract management, procurement, or legal background is a plus.Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years.Excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.Autonomous, curious, dynamic candidate.Strong English skills mandatory.Your mission in the role will be:Take ownership of IT outsourcing MSA, ensuring all terms and conditions are fully understood and followed.Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewal planning and renegotiation to optimize terms and ensure cost savings.Build and sustain a strong partnership with the outsourcing provider, fostering collaboration and open communication.Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the vendor is meeting SLA and cost-saving commitments.Proactively address performance issues, service disruptions, or contractual non-compliance.Drive cost efficiencies by identifying areas where the MSA can deliver financial benefits without compromising service quality.Track, monitor, and report on realized cost savings against contractual commitments.Ensure financial performance metrics, such as total cost of ownership (TCO), are aligned with organizational goals.Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) outlined in the MSA.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the MSA, including operational, financial, and legal risks.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and external regulations.Work closely with IT leadership, finance, procurement, and legal teams to align the MSA with business objectives.Facilitate business reviews and strategic planning sessions with internal teams and the outsourcing vendor.About Allianz Technology Allianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
