Mission At Fluidra, we are committed to safeguarding our digital ecosystem as we enhance the pool experience through IoT. To ensure the security and resilience of our digital domain, we are searching for a Cybersecurity Trainee for our Identity and Access Management department. Cybersecurity is a core value at Fluidra, and we have a dedicated Security Committee and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) who prioritize our systems' confidentiality, integrity, and availability. We use state‑of‑the‑art security technologies to achieve this, and our 2023‑2026 Global Cybersecurity Strategic Plan outlines our commitment to cutting‑edge protection across various areas. As a Cybersecurity Trainee in the IAM team, you will: Assist / Training with key IAM/CIAM tools such as Okta, Active Directory, and Auth0. Assist/Learn in the onboarding and federation of applications to the corporate IAM platform. Participate and support in projects related to Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign‑On (SSO), and Identity Governance. Help monitor and troubleshoot IAM issues, including authentication errors and provisioning problems. Assist with IAM documentation, including procedures, guidelines, and user training materials. What we're looking for: University students with a degree interested in a tech environment and passionate about cybersecurity. Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn. Strong team player with a responsible and proactive attitude. Ability to work independently while following guidelines and procedures. Analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English for daily communication with international colleagues and managers.
