Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionReporting to the Paid Search Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media Capability. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.You'll help lead the strategy and efficient daily management of key client accounts, focusing on innovation and meeting client's goals.Your primary responsibilities will include:Implement campaigns with Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video).Run daily account optimisation and growth.Promote search innovation and testing.Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with the client.Mentor other team members with in-platform execution.QualificationsExcellent level of English and Spanish.In-depth knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running Paid Search campaigns, particularly Google Ads (search, shopping, display and video).At least one year of experience managing large Pay-Per-Click budgets.Ability to maintain complex spreadsheets in Excel and process large amounts of data.Strong relationship-building skills with clients to develop long-lasting partnerships and add value to their business.Proactive in seeking and implementing solutions to refine and automate processes.Adaptability in adjusting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
