Job Description How you will fit in: As the BOM Coordinator, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining BOMs for Men’s/Women’s Design from creation through the development process until final production. You will join an extremely fast-paced team of passionate and energetic creative individuals working towards our vision to be the world’s most fashionable, innovative and inclusive active-lifestyle brand. You will be a highly energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that understands our brand’s aesthetic and customer for Fabletics. Who you will work with: You will report to the Design Director and partner closely with a design point person within either men’s or women’s team. What you will do: Maintain all BOMs throughout the development process including:partnering with the Design Team to add colorways per style/component into Centric (PLM) Update the BOMs weekly from vendor requested updates Join remotely, when possible, to cross functional document alignment meetings after seasonal assortment and business reviews to update colorways and components. What you can bring: 1+ year previous experience Intermediate knowledge of PLM systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Illustrator Excellent organization and communication skills – verbal & written Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment under pressure Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships among team members, management and cross-functional teams What’s in it for you?
