In 2022, FitXR ranked 6th in The Information’s 50 Most Promising Startups.TLDRWe are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to oversee the creative vision and direction of all visual, narrative, product and marketing areas of our brand. You’ll collaborate with a broad range of teams, including art, design, product and marketing to create compelling experiences and features that seek to engage and motivate our users to achieve their fitness goals. Where you’ll spend your time Utilise your artistic expertise to create innovative and dynamic visual content and experiences for our product and marketing needs. Define the purpose and direction of visual design initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments, enhancing creativity and efficiency. Immerse yourself in our audience, gather insights, and advocate for their needs in design and storytelling decisions. Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines and contributes to a cohesive brand identity. Design impactful presentation decks and infographics for events such as meetings. Facilitate clear communication and alignment within your team and across functions to drive continuous improvement. You will work closely with our Product, Design and Marketing teams. We’d love to see from you Proven industry experience as an experienced Creative Director on XR products. A great storyteller and writer, able to craft narratives that engage users emotionally and drive their journey through the product. Exceptional design skills, with a deep understanding of how to create visually compelling and cohesive experiences. Strong proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Adobe Creative Suite, FIGMA, Google Slides, ShapesXR or similar. Experience with Unity is an added advantage. A skilled communicator who excels at transforming creative ideas into actionable strategies and effectively presenting them to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in at every level. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with ease, effectively prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. A deep passion for creating visually compelling content that effectively communicates complex concepts.
