Buscamos un especialista en operaciones publicitarias de CTV, que se centrará en optimizar el valor de nuestro inventario de CTV. Esta función incluye la gestión de cuentas de nuestros socios de demanda para optimizar su rendimiento, así como la gestión del funcionamiento de nuestro servidor de anuncios y SSAI. Necesitamos un perfil con experiencia en el sector de la publicidad y los medios de CTV, con especial énfasis en la publicidad programática, la gestión de cuentas y la gestión del rendimiento. Reportando al CEO, centrado en mejorar nuestra monetización y alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos, formará parte de un equipo dinámico, joven y entusiasta.ResponsabilidadesAsegurar la implementación óptima de nuestra pila de monetización, coordinando con nuestro servidor de anuncios, SSAI y plataformas de distribución.Aplicar y gestionar estrategias de gestión del rendimiento para maximizar la monetización de nuestro inventario publicitario y alcanzar nuestros objetivos de ingresos.Actuar como punto de contacto clave para los socios de demanda, gestionando sus cuentas, fomentando una relación positiva y trabajando estrechamente para maximizar su rendimiento.Identificar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento con nuevos socios de demanda y nuevas formas de publicidad, siendo creativo para maximizar la monetización.Analizar los datos de rendimiento de la monetización y proporcionar información práctica.Gestionar la configuración, el seguimiento y la optimización diarios de los socios de demanda y las campañas publicitarias directas.RequisitosExperiencia en operaciones publicitarias de CTV o funciones similares, incluida la gestión de cuentas y la gestión del rendimiento.Conocimiento profundo de los procesos de compra programática y licitación en tiempo real (RTB).Dominio de las plataformas de publicación de anuncios de CTV (se valorará la experiencia con Springserve).Excelente capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.Apetito por los retos, orientado a los KPI, creativo, proactivo y actitud práctica.Dominio del inglés y el español.Si cumples con los requisitos y estás listo para un nuevo desafío en tu carrera, esperamos recibir tu aplicación
