For the Automation division within Incentro, we are looking for a motivated Experienced App Developer who wants to further expand our Hyper Automation team with us. As an App developer, you create apps in all shapes and sizes. Together with your team, you brainstorm and craft tailor-made solutions. Our apps focus on both our clients' core business and quick solutions for urgent problems. Therefore, you must be capable of effectively engaging with the business and easily navigating through different layers of an organization. Since you are independent and ambitious, you devise a development plan for yourself, and Incentro provides you with all the opportunities.The TeamYou will be working in the driven Hyper Automation cell. We started three years ago and are developing rapidly. We do this with passion and dedication, which is reflected in our projects and the team. Of course, achieving goals is also celebratedAbout YouWith a good sense of business and technology, you are already on the right track. To provide more direction to what we are looking for:3+ years of work experience in software development, including at least 1 year in Low code/Apps/RAD.Experience with at least 1 low-code platform such as Thinkwise, Microsoft Powerapp, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian.HBO bachelor's or Master's degree. An education focused on business and/or IT is a plus (e.g., Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, or Information Management).Experience with ERP solutions and other core systems is a plus.Knowledge of or curiosity about the following technologies: BPMN, SQL, Microsoft Azure.You are open to new innovative ways of creating solutions.You have a passion for solving complex business/IT problems.You can see 'the bigger picture' when it comes to solutions.Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.An independent and entrepreneurial mindset.The desire to learn a lot in a short time.EducationYour development is a priority at Incentro.
