Our diverse team is continuously evolving, passionate about tackling challenges in the digital world. Position Summary: We are seeking a Danish Content Moderator to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with community standards, legal regulations, and company policies. Your contributions will help foster a positive, respectful, and secure online environment for our users. Key Responsibilities: Review user-generated content (text, images, video, etc.) to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines and policies. Identify and remove any harmful or inappropriate content, including offensive language, hate speech, graphic violence, and adult material. Moderate content in both Danish and English , ensuring consistency and accuracy in policy enforcement. Provide valuable feedback to improve content moderation tools, processes, and guidelines. Collaborate with the team to address complex cases and highlight emerging trends or risks. Maintain a high level of efficiency, with careful attention to detail and accuracy. Stay informed about legal regulations and updates to platform policies. Report trends in user behavior and elevate any unusual or problematic activity. Qualifications: Native or near‑native proficiency in Danish and strong command of English (written and spoken). Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick, well‑informed decisions. A deep sense of responsibility for user safety and maintaining a respectful digital environment. Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or similar roles is advantageous. Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with precision. Understanding of online trends and digital media. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others.
