German Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager Barcelona | Hybrid | Full-time (39h/week) Ready to work with high-potential digital businesses and shape their growth through Google Ads? This role focuses on onboarding and engaging high-growth companies within the German market, including future scale-ups and potential unicorns. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and identifying upsell and growth opportunities through consultative sales and performance-driven Google Ads strategies. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor while onboarding a portfolio of new clients Build and optimize high-performing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising solutions Understand customer objectives and deliver tailored, results-led strategies Launch strategic campaigns focused on immediate impact and long-term scalability Drive spend growth and campaign upselling Manage high volumes of potential clients daily via outbound calls Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within CRM systems Requirements BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent professional experience C2 level German and fluent English (written and spoken) Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in client-facing or high-performance environments Strong ability to work independently and consistently deliver measurable results Proven expertise in customer relationship management and CRM optimization Regular use of AI tools to personalize outreach and improve decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and market trends Self-motivated, proactive, and confident, with a goal-oriented mindset Able to work autonomously while actively collaborating with team members Specialized Skills for the German Market In-depth understanding of the German market, including cultural nuances and business etiquette Ability to identify and target companies with strong growth potential Confidence in managing complex stakeholder structures (agencies, multiple decision-makers, and sceptical clients) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex commercial environments Competitor analysis and market trend evaluation to support strategic positioning Solid knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem across German regions Ability to position Google Ads as an integrated, value-driven solution Experience addressing advanced questions around ROI, platform integrations, and performance scalability Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations, with the ability to tailor outreach accordingly Desirable Skills Process Excellence: Improving workflows for efficiency and quality Collaboration: Working effectively in team-oriented environments Emotional Intelligence: Building strong, trust-based relationships Open-Mindedness: Embracing diverse viewpoints and ideas Critical Thinking: Data-led decision-making and insight generation Solution Orientation: Practical, results-focused problem solving Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, innovative, and opportunity-driven Benefits €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 gross/year performance bonus Hybrid working model in Barcelona (39h/week) Relocation support Private health insurance Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development Clear career progression supported by coaches and leadership Dynamic work culture with regular contests and engagement activities Prime office location at the World Trade Center, Barcelona, by the sea #J-18808-Ljbffr
