Location Milano Function/Brand Sisal Italy What you’ll do Join the Sisal Italy Content Management team and support content creation and publishing activities across Sisal’s digital platforms. Learn how to manage and update digital content using a Content Management System (CMS) in an omnichannel, fast‑paced environment. Collaborate with multiple teams including UX/UI, Visual, Analytics, SEO, Marketing, and Product to understand how content supports the customer journey. Contribute to content quality control and publishing workflows, ensuring consistency across touchpoints. Participate in internal meetings and training to develop your knowledge of digital communication and content strategy. What you’ll bring A university degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Languages, Humanities or similar (completed or in progress). Curiosity for digital content, UX writing, and storytelling. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment. Strong attention to detail and basic familiarity with web/digital platforms. Fluency in Italian and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
