Lead ITR AIS Product Sales Specialist at GE Vernova. Job Description Summary Join GE Vernova's Grid Solutions Unit and shape the future of energy. GE Grid Solutions, a leader in the power transmission sector, is seeking an Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) Product Sales Specialist to drive growth in the European Instrument Transformer market. Your Mission Lead the European market assessment, plan strategic actions to enhance penetration, and coordinate factory and local sales team activities to complete homologations with major EU utilities. Manage customer meetings, presentations, training sessions, deal desk project presentations, and offer preparations. In the medium‑long term, expand responsibilities to the complete AIS product package. Impact Drive the green future by promoting SF6‑free solutions and environmentally friendly AIS products. Cover all EU countries as part of the Europe AIS Sales Specialists Team, focusing on market penetration. Own AIS‑ITR business development, technical prescription, tendering coordination, product qualification, and customer satisfaction, achieving quarterly and yearly targets in line with GE values. Roles and Responsibilities Formulate and execute strategies and sales agreements. Develop deal structures, pricing, and proposals. Assist in customer negotiations. Identify new opportunities to develop products and services. Utilize Lean methodologies to improve the proposal process. Develop in‑depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups. Make decisions within a defined framework, with some autonomy for projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Communicate effectively with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services. Provide informal guidance to new team members. Explain complex information in straightforward situations. Must‑Haves Long‑term experience and technical expertise in Instrument Transformer products. Fluent oral and written communication in English and German; proficiency in French, Spanish, and Italian is a plus. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, document, plan, present, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Preferred Location Southern Europe: Spain (Madrid), Italy (Noventa di Piave), or France (Villeurbanne – Lyon).
