In this role you will work very closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, and will be responsible for hiring suitable employees for a variety of IT positions while having a great opportunity to develop and upskill yourself in the role.If you would like to develop your career in an environment that excites, challenges and inspires and be part of one of the most important insurance groups and financial service providers in the world, keep reading.You willBe the main touchpoint between Hiring managers and candidates at every single step of the recruitment process taking care of the candidate experience and providing the best service possible.Be accountable to cover all the hiring needs and to assure processes are compliant with functional rules and policies.Manage regional staffing projects for our Europe locations and its entire recruiting lifecycle from job intake requirements, job posting, interviews, background checks to job offer negotiation, for all IT positions such as Java Developers, Front end and Integration architects, Devops Engineers, Fullstack developers, Service Managers, etc.Cooperate with headhunters and agencies in sourcing activities when needed.Partner with (Senior) Management in developing recruitment strategies, detailed job requisitions, and a consistent hiring process.Orchestrate Internal and External recruitment and alignment of resources for all managerial and professional level openings.Provide innovative solutions such as active sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in Social media, when necessary, attract top talents and build effective global internal and external candidate pipelines.Fluent in English. We work in a multicultural environment with teams and stakeholders in and from all over the world.Experience in end to end management of Recruitment processes, including active sourcing through Boolean search.Experience in recruiting IT profiles and knowledge of the IT market.Skilled social media user able to spread Allianz Technology’s branding and job offer.Ability to build business relationships based on trust and credibility.Setting yourself clear priorities and efficient time management will be key for a good work-life balance.Results-oriented professional, with initiative and commitment to achieve the objectives, improving the quality of the service.Ability to innovate and propose new recruitment solutions with a focus on the candidate.Experience with Success Factors recruiting (and/or other applicant tracking systems), Excel and Power Point skills will be key in our day-to-day.We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working.We believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts.From career development and digital learning programs to international career mobility, we offer lifelong learning for our employees worldwide.Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers support to balance family and career.About Allianz TechnologyAllianz Technology is the global IT service provider for Allianz and delivers IT solutions that drive the digitalization of the Group.
