Join a fast‑growing health food takeaway business in Madrid as a TikTok‑focused Social Media Manager. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a passion for healthy living and a proven track record in building and engaging online communities. You will be responsible for managing and growing a TikTok account that already enjoys viral status, working both onsite and remotely with a dynamic team. The position offers the opportunity to shape the brand’s digital presence and connect with a health‑conscious audience. Deliverables Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy tailored to the health food sector Create, edit, and publish engaging short‑form video content that aligns with brand values Monitor trends and leverage viral opportunities to maximize reach and engagement Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and foster a positive online environment Collaborate with the in‑house team to plan campaigns and integrate TikTok efforts with broader marketing initiatives Track analytics, report on performance, and adjust strategies to optimize growth Requirements Demonstrated experience managing and growing TikTok accounts, preferably for food, lifestyle, or hospitality brands Strong content creation skills, including video shooting, editing, and storytelling Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus Ability to work in a hybrid role, with regular onsite presence in Madrid required Creative mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to community engagement Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance reporting About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
