Des de Marlex, estem col-laborant amb una important empresa gironina dedicada a les inversions patrimonials i promocions d’habitatges d’alta qualitat. Actualment, la companyia precisa incorporar per a la seva organització un/a Front Desk Officer que s’incorporarà de forma estable i amb un projecte a llarg termini.
Quina serà la teva missió a l’empresa?
Amb dependència directa de la responsable d’administració, la persona seleccionada s’encarregarà de:
- Assegurar una bona rebuda als potencials clients/inversos a l’oficina central.
- Atendre trucades i correus electrònics per derivar-les de forma interna.
- Organitzar viatges i desplaçaments de l’equip directiu.
- Donar suport al departament d’administració i direcció realitzant tasques pròpies de l’activitat.
- L’administració comptable i facturació, arxivament, contractes, tràmits d’administracions públiques, altes a subministraments...)
- Preparar informes, presentacions i dossiers.
- Gestionar dels espais de treball i recepció l’oficina segons els estàndards de qualitat establerts.
- Tens experiència prèvia de 5 anys desenvolupant les tasques de Front Desk Officer o similar.
- Ets una persona pro activa, organitzada, polivalent, responsable, discreta, resolutiva, orientat a les persones i exquisit tracte al client.
- Disposes de formació superior en àmbit de secretariat i/o administratiu comptable.
- Domines el català i castellà amb fluïdesa, tant en escrit com en conversa.
- Tens un nívell mig-alt d’anglès.
- Domines el paquet Office (Word, Excel i PowerPoint).
- Incorporació immediata en un contracte indefinit i directe a la plantilla de l’empresa.
- Ocupar un rol dinàmic i polivalent amb contacte constant amb clients.
- Estabilitat horària de dilluns a dijous de 9 a 14 i de 15 a 18 hores. Divendres de 8 a 15 hores.
- Salari negociable en funció de l’experiència i aptituds aportades.
- Lloc de treball a Girona ciutat.
