We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join this global organization.Si desea saber un poco más sobre esta oportunidad, o está considerando presentar su candidatura, por favor, lea la siguiente información del puesto.ObjectivesDeliver tailored, end-to-end SAP Success Factors solutions that align with client needs, industry best practices, and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on Success Factors based on best practices and industry standards.Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.Lead the technical implementation of SAP Success Factors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems.Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP Success Factors and related technologies.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture.Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP Success Factors solutions for global enterprises.In-depth understanding of SAP Success Factors modules and their integration points.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.B2 level proficiency in German is mandatory.SAP Success Factors certifications are desirable.What our client is offeringAccess to private medical services.Sports benefits.Wellbeing workshops and participation in sports events.Referral bonus through our BYOB program (Bring Your Own Buddy).Access to legal assistance and counseling services.Vacation time depending on seniority with an yearly increase based on years spent in company.Access to e-learning platforms and various training programs.Access to highly skilled experts to bring you the latest in learning and development with training in leadership, technical and personal development.A flexible working environment.A competitive remuneration and attractive benefits.Opportunity to work with Top Clients on important projects.Continuous learning and improvement activities.Dynamic, international working environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerRSight is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
