Estamos buscando un Administrativo Jurídico para realizar las actividades administrativas en el departamento legal de BFF Finance Iberia. Responsabilidades Recepción, control y gestión de notificaciones de trámite. Presentación de escritos telemáticos a través de Lexnet. Presentación de escritos telemáticos ante diferentes organismos públicos. Seguimiento de los procedimientos con los Procuradores. Control y gestión de agendas y vencimientos. Apoyo general de oficina, incluyendo atención telefónica y gestión de correo electrónico. Otras tareas asignadas para servir de apoyo al equipo legal. Requisitos Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio. Tiene 3 / 4 años de experiencia profesional. Dominio del paquete Office. Experiencia previa en un rol similar, como asistente legal o asistente administrativo. Conocimiento de la terminología legal básica. Fuertes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva. Enfoque proactivo y colaborativo para resolver problemas.
