We look forward to hearing from youRequirementsRequirementsReside in Madrid, Spain (this is essential to support in-person tasks and logistics)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent work experience1-2+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or operationsAdvanced English and Spanish skills (written and spoken); you'll work with global teams dailyFamiliarity with Spanish labor law and payroll systems (or a strong willingness to learn)Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligenceBonus: Experience with ATS, HRIS, or payroll platformsKey ResponsibilitiesAs the first member of our HR team in Spain, you'll work with our distributed HR team to help drive operational excellence, employee satisfaction, and talent growth across our Spain operations.
