We are looking for an IS/IT Program Manager to be part of our Office of the CIO team.Position Snapshot• Location: Barcelona• Type of Contract: Permanent• Office of the CIO• Type of work: Hybrid• Work Language: Fluent Business EnglishThe roleThe IT Program Manager manages a program to ensure it delivers expected business case to the business partner, on time, on budget, on scope, and on quality. This may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery, and change management (agile program management), adhering to established Program and Project Management methodologies. S/He is responsible for structuring the program, planning, budgeting, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing it, ensuring quality and integrity of the information across the enterprise. Takes accountability for execution of project part execution. As part of this, is responsible for managing program level risks, quality, and procurement; leads the program team. The position holder spends a considerable amount of time at the Program's main locations.What you’ll doProgram structure established, defining projects, implementing agile project methodologies.Program governance established, sponsors committed, and manages the interdependencies between projects in scope of the program.Direct or approve the use of professional service providers/external suppliers and determines their role across the program according to IT sourcing strategy.Milestones based program plan established, delivered through incremental releases/achievements. Value delivery plan created in parallel.Lead the development and maintenance of stakeholder mapping, communications, and reporting.We offer youWe offer more than just a job. Managing cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way. Experience in managing change/transitions.
