Director Operational Technology Governance and Security.Safeguard Operational Technology (OT) assets by implementing and supporting Cyber related systems and processes, as per the Global OT Cyber StrategyEnsure OT Cyber Incidents are handled effectively, and within a defined timeframe, as per the Global OT Cyber incident response processCollaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure correct operation of operational technology systems and applications to ensure uninterrupted production at the respective site/sWhat you will do:Maintain and protect the electrical, automation, and industrial network systems from Cyber related risksImplement and maintain Cyber tooling, as defined by global OT Cyber StrategyEnsure the right execution of the OT Cyber Security hygiene programmePerform vulnerability assessments and coordinate the remediation activitiesMonitor and improve OT network systems in relation to Cyber SecurityDetect, report and manage insecure features and malicious activities in OT networks and infrastructureExecute the Cyber incident response plans for assigned factory and coordinate with the stakeholdersResponsible for site compliance with OT Security; asset risk and corporate policy compliance and Cyber Security StandardsUpdating metrics and KPIs and providing status updates of Cyber activities in assigned factorySupport the Business Continuity Plans in coordination with the BC lead for assigned factoryBuild site awareness of OT Security principles through the sharing of best practice processes and support the OT security trainingsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at plant level, central supply chain and BPTContribute to future OT Cyber security strategyWhat we expect from you:Qualifications:Technical training with specialist training or university of applied sciences (electrical engineering or electronics or data processing, etc.)Technical (electrician, robotics, mechatronics) diploma or equivalentOther IT network or Cyber Security qualificationEnglish: proficiency (must), second language desirableExperience:Expertise in automation technology ideally in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment. Experience in IT networking, cyber security and machinery safetyAbility to provide leadership and guidance to onsite technicians and contractors regarding cybersecurity policies and standardsTechnical Skills:Knowledge of measuring and control technology and engineeringKnowledge of OT industrial network equipment (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA etc.)Understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elementsExperience with vulnerability scanning solution, antivirus and security softwareApplication experience in MS Office, enterprise data acquisition, archiving, data maintenance and database systemsBehavioural Competencies:Analytical thinking and a structured approach, as well as the ability to think in processesAbility to work with own initiativePersuasion, assertiveness, decision making and negotiating skillsTeam ability and service orientationSpoken and written English skillsWhat do we offer?Indefinite part-time contractCenter located in Bilbao, presence workWork in a multinational environment, colleagues from other countries.Keep developing with usIf this role is of interest to you please upload a recent copy of your CV and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will be in touch.
