What we’re looking for Senior Specialist of Marketing Automation – support critical marketing enablement of our Lifecycle and Email teams. Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of our marketing automation stack. Responsibilities Build and execute end‑to‑end email campaign automations from data integration to campaign creation. Maintain key Eloqua automations such as Lead Scoring, Unsubscribe Flows, Webhooks, etc. Enforce platform governance and health. Monitor and improve email deliverability. What you’ll bring 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing automation and email marketing. Strong competence with best‑in‑class MarTech platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, etc.), CRMs (SugarCRM, Salesforce, etc.), and analytics (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Fullstory, etc). Solid understanding of email programming (HTML, CSS). Experience with email tracking and attribution. Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability that is fact‑based and insight‑rich. Must have Experience with Eloqua. Experience with lead acquisition, funnels, and integrations. Experience with end‑to‑end analytics and attribution. HTML/CSS experience. Nice to have SQL experience.
