This is your chance to shape the way you work and build the tomorrow you want.Job positionJob purpose: The Dynatrace Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynatrace platform for application and infrastructure monitoring. The role collaborates with teams to align technical capabilities with product vision, customer needs, and market trends. The Tech Lead coordinates a team of monitoring officers to design, develop, and implement projects and improvements, ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and maintainable. They translate stakeholders’ requirements into technical solutions, identify optimization opportunities, monitor usage, and manage risks. They contribute to the technical readiness of the Monitoring team and promote collective improvement.Main missions: The Dynatrace Tech Lead manages the Dynatrace platform, leading a team across countries and collaborating with AXA GO and Opco entities. Responsibilities include meeting monitoring requirements, contributing to observability and service quality across Cloud ecosystem, Identity, Integration solutions, CyberDefense, Corporate functions, and Opco applications, managing various project sizes (30 to 100 man-days) within an annual budget around €1M (licenses, professional services, fixed prices). They contribute to increasing maturity of GO and Opcos in observability and QoS, supporting transformation programs such as Harmony Pillar 5 (Monitoring automation and event management) or Atlas (cloud move). They define the Dynatrace platform roadmap in line with the product vision and AXA GO priorities.ResponsibilitiesTechnical expertise: In-depth knowledge of Dynatrace SaaS (Infra & App monitoring, GRAIL, Monaco framework, Automation Workflows) and related observability technologies.Design and implement secure, scalable, maintainable solutions that meet stakeholder needs.Familiarity with other monitoring, log analysis, data visualization, and performance monitoring tools.Lead a team of monitoring officers; provide technical guidance and ensure timely delivery within scope and standards.Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate into technical solutions; communicate complex concepts clearly.Problem-solving: proactively identify issues, research and test solutions, troubleshoot platform issues, and propose resolutions.Strategic thinking: contribute to platform strategy, long-term planning, and optimization opportunities; balance business goals with technical feasibility.Mentoring: coach and mentor junior team members; lead training on Dynatrace and related technologies; promote knowledge sharing and documentation.Expected Skills & ExperienceExperience on Dynatrace PlatformLead technical activities related to Dynatrace platform delivery; define and implement configurations.Maintain up-to-date documentation (design, architecture, procedures); optimize platform performance for cost-effectiveness.Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements; contribute to platform roadmap; ensure security, risk, and data privacy compliance; communicate with software editor.Dynatrace Monitoring Capabilities DeploymentAssess GO and Opcos product needs for observability and monitoring; design and implement onboarding of new scopes to the Dynatrace platform.Contribute to end-to-end monitoring view by providing alerts and metrics for covered scopes.Transformation / InnovationContribute to the platform roadmap aligned with Global Product vision and AXA GO strategy; perform continuous improvement and market/technology watch; apply IT transformation in line with GO priorities (Agile, Digital).Participate in transformation programs or accelerator initiatives.Technical SkillsStrong understanding of monitoring tools, techniques, and methodologies.Strong Dynatrace experience (Infra & App monitoring, GRAIL, Monaco framework, Automation Workflows); certification appreciated.Python scripting, Puppet knowledge; Scrum/Agile and DevOps experience; project management skills.Familiarity with cloud environments and IT/datacenter architecture across network, infrastructure, middleware, web, identity management, and authentication.Soft Skills / Transversal SkillsLeadership and team spirit; strategic vision; intrapreneurship; ability to coordinate international teams.Collaboration with GO departments, AXA entities, and external partners; strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.Continuous improvement mindset and openness to innovation.What We OfferWe bring together the expertise, cultural diversity and creativity of over 8,000 employees worldwide.
