Learning Product Designer – AI x EdTech (French fluent) at Paradox EN Overview Paradox is building an Operating System for Greatness—a design‑driven, AI‑powered ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, behavioral science, and adaptive learning. We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer who will translate complex insights into cinematic, human‑centered learning arcs that transform how people grow. Why This Is Different There is no traditional lesson design here. You will craft experiences, not just content, ensuring every journey feels alive, cinematic, and deeply human. Your work will shape protocols, AI loops, personalization agents, and the overall Paradox OS. What You’ll Do Own the learning system architecture from concept to execution. Design the journey, not just the content, combining storytelling, psychology, and product design. Script and build AI‑powered coaching cycles (loops) that adapt to each learner. Write prompt chains, refine tone, and keep conversations feeling human and transformative. Analyze data, set KPIs around transformation (not just completion), iterate on courses based on learner feedback. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—design, tech, coaching, filmmaking—to create premium, high‑impact courses. Construct premium UX micro‑interfaces, layouts, and visual storytelling elements. Ideal Experience 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education). Delivered at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable impact. Comfortable with AI tools, Figma, and building digital learning experiences across video, written, assessments, interactive activities, etc. Portfolio of cinematic or narrative‑rich courses or learning programs, not just corporate training. Traits & Mindset Craft‑obsessed: do‑er mentality, outcome‑bias, relentless in a fast‑moving environment. Strong writing and editorial sense for high‑quality external content. Strong aesthetic sensibility—care about how a course feels. Impact‑obsessed: outcome‑driven, transformation‑focused. Critical thinker: turn vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenge assumptions, iterate grounded in data. Digital and AI savvy—capability to build or learn to build AI agents. Languages French: native. English: fluent, capable of holding detailed conversations. Location & Workmodel The role is full‑time, based in our offices in Dubai, Paris, or Lisbon—or remotely anywhere in the world.
