Estamos en búsqueda de: Solution Architect Principales responsabilidades Diseñar arquitecturas Cloud robustas y escalables en AWS y Azure alineadas con las necesidades del negocio. Liderar equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios (Cloud Engineers, DevOps) durante la implementación de soluciones. Definir y supervisar la adopción de IaC (Terraform) para la automatización de infraestructuras. Garantizar la integración de microservicios, contenedores y Kubernetes en entornos productivos. Participar en la definición de estrategias para proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial y soluciones Agentic AI. Implementar prácticas DevOps y pipelines CI/CD para lograr despliegues eficientes y confiables. Diseñar e implementar soluciones de observabilidad (monitorización, trazabilidad, alertas) para asegurar la disponibilidad y rendimiento del sistema. Desplegar y gestionar Landing Zones en AWS y/o Azure para entornos multi-cuenta y gobierno Cloud. Evaluar y recomendar servicios IaaS, PaaS y Serverless para optimizar costos y rendimiento. Requerimientos Excluyentes 5 a 8 años de experiencia en diseño e implementación de soluciones Cloud en AWS y Azure. Experiencia demostrada con IaaS, PaaS, Serverless y arquitecturas distribuidas. Conocimiento avanzado en microservicios, Kubernetes e IaC (Terraform). Experiencia en proyectos de Inteligencia Artificial y familiaridad con Agentic AI. Sólida experiencia en prácticas DevOps y herramientas CI/CD. Experiencia en observabilidad (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry o similares). Experiencia en despliegue y configuración de Landing Zones en AWS y/o Azure. Habilidades de liderazgo para gestionar equipos técnicos y colaborar con stakeholders. Certificaciones Cloud (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect o equivalentes). Experiencia en entornos ágiles bajo metodologías Scrum. Inglés avanzado (C1 o equivalente) para comunicación con equipos internacionales. Actitud proactiva y orientada a resultados. Requerimientos Deseables Experiencia en seguridad Cloud y compliance. Familiaridad con herramientas de automatización y optimización de costos en la nube.
