Fever has developed a proprietary technology that inspires a global community of over 125M people through personalized and curated experiences in their local city whilst empowering entertainment and event creators to reach new audiences and enhance their experience.Sounds amazing, right?About the roleDevelop comprehensive 360-degree creative marketing campaigns from start to finish, including conceptualization, execution, and asset delivery across multiple channels.Collaborate closely with the Design & Video teams to produce assets for performance campaigns across paid media, OOH, and other platforms.Write compelling copy tailored to various placements and platforms, with a strong emphasis on conversion.Evolve existing brands and create new ones working closely with other teams, leveraging data to shape and refine brand strategies.Lead creative ideation for new content, collaborating with content creators, audiovisual producers, and other sources.Incorporate data into your everyday work, using insights to inform your concepts and measuring content performance to drive continuous improvement.Facilitate brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in advertising, digital marketing, pop culture, and consumer behavior.About YouBased in Madrid.Bilingual in English with proficiency in Spanish.5+ years of experience in creative strategy, ideally within a creative agency or a similar environment.Proven track record in producing visual and written content for creative campaigns.Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.Strong passion for digital marketing and social media.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.Team player with excellent collaboration skills.Benefits & PerksOpportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader.40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.Work in a location in the heart of Madrid.Home office friendly.Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth.Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work withHealth insurance and other benefits such as flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee.English and Spanish lessons.We have free food, drink, and fruit at the officePossibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow.Gympass (Wellhub) membership.#LI-HybridThank you for considering joining Fever.
