El Retail Specialist supervisara un porfolio de tiendas dentro de un mismo centro comercial. Las funciones principales serán: coordinar, supervisar y realizar un seguimiento de la actividad de las tiendas, analizando el grado de cumplimiento de los KPI comerciales, con el objetivo de apoyar y proponer acciones e iniciativas de mejora que estimulen el cumplimiento de dichos requisitos. RESPONSABILIDADES Mantener comunicación y relación tanto con store managers como con sus equipos de central en relación con todas las actividades de retail que se llevan a cabo en el centro. Analizar, supervisar y realizar un seguimiento de las operaciones en tienda: precios, promociones, normas, atención del personal, existencias, reglamentos internos, visual merchandising..., con el fin de garantizar metodologías y procesos homogéneos. Promover la participación de las marcas en todas las actividades de marketing. Analizar y anticipar las necesidades en las tiendas, garantizando la mejor cobertura de las mismas con el objetivo de garantizar la máxima satisfacción y experiencia de los clientes finales. Realizar formaciones, talleres, acciones de mistery shopping ..., con el fin de garantizar necesidades formativas de los equipos de tienda. Elaborar estadísticas e informes de la actividad comercial para respaldar las reuniones sobre operación comercial. Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto y plan de negocio anual Coordinar nuevas aperturas, cierres de tiendas y obras de renovación en los locales. PERFIL Grado Universitario en ADE, Marketing o similar y deseable formación en Retail Al menos entre 3 y 5 años en una posición similar en el ámbito del retail, la moda o los centros comerciales Experiencia en marcas sólidas (premium, gran empresa, foco internacional) en un puesto de retail gestionando varias tiendas y/0 equipos. Deseable conocimientos sobre centros comerciales y/o el modelo de negocio de los outlets Inglés fluido hablado y escrito (mínimo B2) Buen conocimiento de MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) Habituado/a al uso de herramientas de análisis y reporting Alto conocimiento de KPI's de tienda: ventas, afluencia, tasa de conversión, unidades por ticket, tasa de esfuerzo, ingresos medios, imagen, dotación de personal, etc Alta capacidad analítica, de comunicación y relación
