Your positive outlook and passion for your work will enable us to deliver exceptional service to our clients.Your roleAs an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director your main responsibilities will involveOversee end-to-end procedures for various asset classes within our alternative investment service.Prepare both local and international accounting principles/statutory and quarterly IFRS financial statements.Ensure the quality of the quarterly variance analysis that supports group IFRS reporting.Develop analytic dashboards, inclusive of all comments for the local CRM (Customer Relationship Management) of your client.Resolve operational issues from other business functions, ensuring efficient, high-quality service when providing procedural advice and/or information.Your Skills and Experience As an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include:A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accountingFamiliarity with Alternative Investment productsA minimum of 5 years of experience in a related fieldComprehensive understanding of finance, accounting, and operationsProficiency in international IFRS as well as local globally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirementsExperience in alternative investment accounting and affiliate and associate accounting matters is preferred.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, German proficiency is a plus.What we offer?As well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus we offer:Flexible working hoursWide range of internal and external trainingsFree English and Spanish classes depending on the needs.Ticket restaurantLife InsurancePension Plan Referral bonus if you bring other talented people like you.Special banking and insurance conditionsExclusive Employees discounts#LI-HybridPrimary work location is Barcelona, Via Augusta.
