With a presence in several countries, the team works with our customers to build the future of cloud solutions and OVHcloud.You will join the team (to fill with team name) in charge of (to fill with missions of the team).Within your #OneTeamThe Sales Admin Officer is responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, helping to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls. The Sales Admin Officer contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.Your main responsibilitiesCustomer Record ManagementCreate records for new customers, including contact details and the name of the representative managing the account.Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.Contact customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.Maintain and update sales and customer records.Order ProcessingReceive and process purchase orders.Save the order, if necessary, in the OVHcloud tools.Transmit the necessary information to the Billing team for changing the NICs in the Purchase Order and payment of the Purchase Order(s).Coordinate the delivery of external and Digital orders to ensure the correct level of prioritization.Check that delivery deadlines are met (48 hours) in conjunction with the admin-corp team.Check the receipt of services and the communication sent to the contract holder in conjunction with the admin-corp.Provide customers with product information, order status, order delivery status, credit balance, etc.Compile monthly sales reports.Alert sales reps to any urgent issues.Update Sales representatives on orders or deliveries.Direct feedback from customers to relevant internal departments.At OVHcloud, we encourage boldness and initiative.
