Microsoft 365 Power Platform Expert - Madrid Join to apply for the Microsoft 365 Power Platform Expert - Madrid role at AXA Group Operations. As the Technical Lead within the product team, you will be responsible for the engineering and administration of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 platform. You will act as the subject matter expert for platform engineering, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable solutions across a multi‑tenant ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise in platform configuration, governance, and integration, as well as technical leadership in best practices and operational excellence. You will support the various AXA entities globally to help and advise on technical use cases of the platform as well as their existing solutions, and also work on product evolution topics such as assessing new features / tools. Liaising with Microsoft support engineers as required in order to resolve or clarify any issues. Responsibilities Own and manage Power Platform Admin Center settings, environments, and features. Implement and maintain ALM strategies for Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Configure and manage data gateways, service principals, and VPNs for secure connectivity. Utilize PowerShell for automation, environment management, and advanced administrative tasks. Serve as the go‑to expert for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 engineering topics. Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards. Provide guidance on architecture, integrations, and performance optimization. Support Power Platform solutions and the broader ecosystem (Dataverse, Canvas App, Model‑Driven Apps, Flows, etc.). Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support. Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders as required. Ensure consistent configuration and compliance across global environments. Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and emerging technologies. Recommend enhancements and drive adoption of new features. Technical Skills Expert‑level knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Microsoft Dataverse. Proven experience in platform engineering, including administration of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 and managing Power Platform Admin Center settings. Experience configuring and managing data gateways, service principals, and VPNs. Automation and scripting using PowerShell for admin tasks. Governance, security, and compliance: defining and enforcing standards. Integration and architecture guidance, API management, Azure services, and multi‑tenant design. Strong understanding of Dataverse security models and environment strategies. Behavioral Expectations Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills. Self‑motivated, ownership of tasks, and ability to drive completion. Commitment to high‑quality service and time‑management. Ability to build relationships in a fully remote context. Preferred Certifications and Experience Microsoft certifications such as PL‑400, PL‑600. Experience in global enterprise environments and regulated industries. Knowledge of ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Git) and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
