The Group Cyber Security (GCS), Data Loss Prevention Operations (DLPaaS) Team is responsible for initial analysis, monitoring, and escalation of data loss cases detected from cloud, endpoint, and email data protection controls. Our role is to protect Zurich’s intellectual property from leaving the company.You will be exposed to various forms of alerts that may include security breaches, intellectual property theft, insider trading, fraud, and avoidance of security controls. You will also see personal information as well as confidential and highly confidential company information.Opportunity to work for the Group Data Protection and Privacy (DPP)/Group Cyber Security team with leading-edge technologies and processes and subject matter expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesThe DLP Analyst will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and daily monitoring of the enterprise DLP solutions. The main duties of the person in this role will include the monitoring and responding to the alerts that generate from the tool. This person will interface closely with other GCS Information Protection Analysts and members of the Incident Management Team from the Business Unit.As a Data Loss Prevention Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:Monitoring alerts generated from the DLP systems and other technologies.Understanding and following the incident management process and engaging with end users in alignment with local requirements.Responding to escalations by the Incident Management Team.Supporting DLP rule implementation, monitoring the rules functionality, reporting gaps and issues.Supporting continuous improvement for DLP policies and rules conditions.Providing constant feedback.Your Skills and ExperienceAs a Data Loss Prevention Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:Demonstrated integrity in a professional environment.Confident with speaking to people at all levels.Excellent administration skills, analytic and attention to detail, with some working knowledge of Zurich (or other financial institution) and its business and practices.Teamwork mindset to work within a diverse, global, virtual team.Able to prioritize, organize, and manage time efficiently.Fluent in English, written and verbal communication; other languages are a plus (German, Spanish, Portuguese).Knowledge or experience with any of these tools: Microsoft Purview, Defender, Proofpoint, Symantec Endpoint, Splunk, MS Office, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Visio.Knowledge or experience in DLP, Data Protection, Information Security, Data analysis, Compliance, Insurance is a plus.Additional InformationOption to work remotely within Spain even up to 100% - you choose; with the option to work abroad up to 25 days yearly.Over 300 euros to set up your home office and additional monthly home office allowance.Wide range of internal and external trainings, including free English, German, and Spanish classes depending on the needs.Ticket restaurant or flexibility to exchange it for other benefits.Life, accident, and Health Insurance.Collective Life Retirement Plan.2000 referral bonus if you bring other talented people like you.Special banking and insurance conditions plus exclusive employees discounts.Functional diversity benefits.Events: summer and Christmas party, different activities like hiking, investment, beach volleyball club, and many more.No dress code.Primary work location is Barcelona, Poblenou.
