Role Overview: Engage with high-profile clients of a leading European digital bank, providing expert financial advice and introducing cutting-edge banking products with attractive returns. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat platforms for banking clients in the German market. Handle inquiries related to banking services, account management, transfers, and more. Manage back-office tasks including email and WhatsApp correspondence. Promote innovative banking products while adhering to transparency and regulatory standards. Monitor and report anomalies in applications, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Achieve set quality standards and sales targets. Requirements: Education: Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). Language Skills: Fluent in German at a C2 level. Skills and Competencies: Customer-focused with strong empathy and active listening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to grasp new concepts independently. Strong commercial acumen and adeptness in client interactions. Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and adapt to evolving technologies. Experience: Previous banking experience is advantageous. Full-time position, 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month), from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Permanent contract with a competitive salary of 20,730 EUR gross per year. 32 calendar days of annual leave.
