ATTREZZISTAPentair ha recentemente aperto una posizione per la figura di Attrezzista presso la nostra sede di Capriano del Colle (Brescia).In questo ruolo, l’attrezzista supporterà il Value Stream Group Leader bilanciando produttività a breve e lungo termine, mantenendo focus sull’obiettivo di produzione.Gestirà criticità e richieste del team, fornendo supporto all’ottimizzazione della produzione. Definirà priorità per mantenere il flusso di produzione rispetto alle richieste, mostrando leadership dinamica in grado di influenzare il team e superare le metriche SPQDCC.Avrà autonomia nell’implementazione e gestione degli ordini di produzione, inclusi aspetti operativi. La figura dovrà portare innovazione, monitorare le prestazioni quotidiane, analizzare criticità e proporre contromisure.Coordinerà anche altre persone in produzione.I tuoi compiti :Produrre obiettivi SPQDCC misurabili per attività di miglioramentoGarantire produzione on time degli ordiniSostenere il team nel raggiungimento e miglioramento di SPQDCC e metriche Hour-by-HourAnalizzare performance quotidiane e proporre azioni correttiveSostenere il leader del team Value Stream riguardo al personale e alle prestazioniEseguire ulteriori incarichiRequisiti fondamentali :Preferibile provenienza dal settore metalmeccanico o gommaplasticoEsperienza in attrezzaggio stampi su presse per stampaggio profondo e tranciatura lamiera acciaioRegolazione parametri presseProduzione su presse e tranceGestione operatoriControllo qualitàPentair è un datore di lavoro che promuove le pari opportunitàDiversity and Inclusion :Con la nostra presenza globale in espansione, il cross-cultural insight è essenziale.
