Yource Spanje zoekt een gepassioneerde Operations Manager die voor onze locaties in Alicante of Malaga aan de slag gaat. Een Operations Manager is bij Yource Spanje de spil in het operationele wiel. Samen met een aantal collega’s ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing van al onze projecten in Spanje. Dagelijks stuur jij meerdere projecten aan en zorg jij voor blije medewerkers en de realisatie van de doelstellingen op deze projecten. Jij realiseert deze doelstellingen door mensgericht leiderschap centraal te stellen. Samen met jouw team van Crew Managers zorg je ervoor dat alle medewerkers zich gehoord, gezien, gewaardeerd en gerespecteerd voelen. Hierdoor haal je goede scores op het gebied van medewerker tevredenheid en realiseer je de gestelde doelstellingen op deze projecten.
Dagelijks zorg jij, samen met jouw team van Crew Managers, voor:
- Blije medewerkers; zij zijn de sleutel tot de realisatie van de doelstellingen;
- Een goede werksfeer; je past de Yource normen en waarden toe in de praktijk;
- Toepassing van de Yource Way of Work: jij ziet toe op de ontwikkel en groei trajecten, MX-gesprekken, Fit & Vitaal gesprekken en coaching’s;
- Een juiste prioriteitstelling; je zorgt voor de realisatie van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en het behalen van de gestelde KPI’s op jouw projecten. Daarnaast bewaak je de werkdruk onder jouw populatie.
- Een gedegen analyse; zowel van de financiële als operationele resultaten van jouw projecten en zorgt voor proactieve bijsturing waar nodig;
- Teamwork; samen met jouw collega Operations Managers zorgen jullie voor optimale resultaten op dag basis.

Wat bieden wij?Als Operations Manager ontvang jij:
- Een opleidingstraject van 6 maanden, waarbij je bij goed functioneren permanent deze functie krijgt;
- Een startsalaris van € 3.500,- bruto per maand op basis van 39 uur per week;
- 24 vakantiedagen per jaar bij een fulltime contract van 39 uur per week;
- Begeleiding bij jouw stap naar Spanje, mocht je hier nog niet woonachtig zijn;
- Collectiviteitskorting op particuliere zorgverzekering via Yource;

Om te kunnen starten als Operations Manager beschik jij over:
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als financieel en operationeel manager binnen een callcenteromgeving;
- Een goed werk- en denkniveau; je kunt snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving;
- Tactisch, analytisch en operationeel inzicht; uitdagingen kan je snel omzetten in operationele acties;
- Een talent voor mensgericht leiderschap; jij snapt dat gelukkige medewerkers tot goede resultaten leiden;
- Je hebt een flinke drive, goede dosis energie, bent een teamspeler en hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit;
- Je woont in de regio Málaga of Alicante, of bent van plan om op korte termijn naar een van deze regio's te verhuizen;
- Je bent flexibel om te reizen tussen locaties in Spanje en fulltime inzetbaar.
