At Kantox, we are looking for a Demand Generation Manager (German-speaking) to join our amazing Demand Generation Team and hold an important role in the organization.

We are looking for an energetic and achievement-oriented marketing professional ready to tackle one of our most ambitious markets: Germany.

About the team

The demand generation team has the mission to create awareness and demand for Kantox’s currency management automation software. We do so by putting creative programs in place to deliver leads that convert into pipeline and revenue.

Your mission within Kantox

The Demand Generation Manager will help the company scale by building a high performing lead-gen machine generating qualitative leads, pipeline, and revenue in the DACH market.

You will build a local Demand Generation strategy and execute programs (SEO, SEM, retargeting, social, content creation, events, webinars, account-based marketing, etc.) - with a mandate to drive quality leads that convert to revenue, and to continually optimize our marketing funnel. You will demonstrate the ability to own programs from ideation to execution.

You will report to the Demand Generation Team Manager and:

  • Act as a consultant convincing your internal audience of the relevancy of your program.
  • Ensure that your proposal is realistic and aligned with the defined Demand Gen KPIs.
  • With a growth mindset, conceptualize new ideas, formulate strategies, and execute new initiatives that drive demand generation.
  • Develop and define the overall marketing approach and specific programs adapted to the dedicated market and/or segment that you have been assigned to and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Actively engage with Sales in understanding business priorities, aligning them with marketing efforts, and being accountable for results.
  • Optimize our existing marketing automation and nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our demand generation activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
  • Measure and benchmark key marketing metrics including (but not limited to) number of new leads, opportunities (units and value), revenue (units and value), conversion ratios, and ROI per campaign. Build campaign KPI dashboards and communicate regularly with the commercial team.
  • Collaborate with Market Intelligence Analysts and the sales team to define segmentation and assess new market opportunities.
  • Define the best channels for the programs matching customer/prospect behaviors and work with different teams to implement defined campaigns.
  • Work with copywriters, designers, commercial enablement, and sales teams to define relevant topics/story flows to address your targeted audience.
  • Leverage your global Demand Generation budget as a strategic asset to reach your targeted KPIs, managing costs and invoices with diligence and accuracy.

Who you are

  • Native German speaker.
  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS leveraging inbound and outbound channels.
  • You’ve successfully developed strategies on the German market that positively impacted revenue generated by the commercial team.
  • You feel comfortable measuring your success through quantitative metrics and KPIs.
  • You have strong business acumen, going beyond marketing competencies.
  • Extensive experience in the development and implementation of online and offline integrated programs: execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital, events organization.
  • Strong analytics and reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details. Experience within the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working closely with content and design teams.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer’s journey.
