Dile adiós a lo ordinario y hola a lo extraordinarioDescripción del empleoTu día a díaBajo la orientación general del/la Security Manager, serás la persona responsable de lograr y cumplir con los requisitos de políticas de SLS Barcelona.Apoyar la función de Seguridad y Protección en la entrega de excelencia en el servicio.Salvaguardar las instalaciones, huéspedes y reputación del hotel y coordinarse con los huéspedes para fomentar buenas relaciones con los clientes.Trabajar dentro de los parámetros del manual de seguridad y los procedimientos de seguridad y protección.Recopilar información formal e informal sobre pérdidas/ocurrencias y comunicarlas siguiendo las políticas del departamento.Prevenir robos y daños a la propiedad de nuestros huéspedes, personal y la empresa.Responder y tomar medidas apropiadas en relación con cualquier situación de emergencia.Asistir a la Policía y otras Autoridades Gubernamentales en relación con cualquier investigación, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales.Ayudar a los huéspedes y al personal a evacuar el edificio en momentos de emergencia, asegurando que se minimice el pánico y se mantenga el control.Comunicar cualquier incidente anormal al Supervisor/Security Manager y/o al Gerente de Turno, y asegurarse de que toda la actividad durante el turno quede registrada en el libro diario de incidentes.Mantener la Sala de Control de Seguridad y supervisar a todas las personas que ingresen por la entrada del personal.Asegurarse de que todos los Visitantes/Contratistas firmen su entrada y salida y sean escoltados adecuadamente.Ser flexible y ayudar a otros departamentos con cualquier solicitud.Las áreas públicas y el perímetro deben ser patrullados regularmente, esto es especialmente relevante por las noches cuando el hotel está 'activo'.Informar de todos los accidentes y registrarlos en el libro de accidentes.Registrar todos los incidentes, tanto de huéspedes como de personal, en el registro y enviar un informe separado por correo electrónico al Supervisor/Gerente de Seguridad.Ser imparcial en la presentación de informes de incidentes, independientemente de las personas o consecuencias involucradas.Mantener una estrecha relación de trabajo con todos los departamentos, mantener informado al Supervisor y Gerente de Turno de todos los incidentes y acontecimientos relevantes.Actuar de manera justa y compasiva y no discriminar ilegalmente a ninguna persona por motivos de color, raza, religión, género, sexualidad o discapacidad.Mantener la confidencialidad.Mantener el buen orden en las instalaciones y garantizar la seguridad de los huéspedes y el personal en todo momento.Utilizar el tacto y la diplomacia como la primera herramienta para resolver conflictos; en caso de que esto no funcione, usar solo la cantidad mínima de fuerza necesaria para el propósito previsto.Mantendrás una actitud positiva y prestarás atención a los detalles durante todo el turno.Como parte importante de un equipo, intentarás ayudar a los compañeros que necesiten asistencia tanto del departamento como de otros departamentos.Mantendrás la calma en los periodos de mayor actividad para realizar el trabajo de manera eficiente y pedirás ayuda cuando sea necesario.Cualquier otra tarea razonable asignada por el supervisor o gerente.RequisitosFormación en ámbitos de seguridad y Dirección de seguridad.+5 años de experiencia en seguridad (edificios hoteleros, oficinas, centros comerciales, etc.)Valorable experiencia previa en establecimientos hoteleros/turísticos.Actitud positiva, proactiva, enérgica, dinámica, empática con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y pasión por el servicio.Valorable el dominio de inglés.Aprendes rápidamente y te adaptas a la cultura única de SLS.Eres humilde y abierto/a a nuevas ideas.Disponibilidad y flexibilidad horaria acorde a las necesidades del hotel (Noches, fines de semana, festivos, etc.).Información adicional¿Qué puedes esperar de nosotros?La oportunidad de unirte a un grupo internacional innovador y de rápido crecimiento que está comprometido no solo con crear nuevos hoteles sino también en crear una marca global.La oportunidad de desafiar la norma y trabajar en un entorno creativo y gratificante.Formar parte de un equipo apasionado por crear experiencias increíbles y explorar nuevos sitios siempre que hay oportunidad.Muchas oportunidades de desarrollo.Excelentes descuentos en todas las marcas Ennismore.SLS forma parte de Ennismore, una empresa hotelera creativa arraigada en la cultura y la comunidad, con una colección global de marcas emprendedoras y creadas con un propósito en el corazón.
