OverviewJoin to apply for the Fit out Project Manager Spain role at Data4.ResponsibilitiesAs part of the fit-out Team and reporting to the Head of Fit Out, the fit-out project manager will be responsible for ensuring that customer fit-out projects are delivered correctly.Responsible for end-to-end monitoring of the fit-out of the customers concerned from design, quotations, choice of suppliers and delivery, in line with the customer\'s strategy, desired margins and the quality of service expected by the customer.Supporting the customer-facing teams, the main Sales teams, in submitting and obtaining approval for projects.Responsible for monitoring the schedule and quality of service throughout the project.Working in collaboration with the operational and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of the assignment.The role is based in Alcobendas Data4 Campus and will be responsible mainly for the fit-out project in Spain and potentially involved on other fit out projects in other countries. IMS Certifications – ResponsibilitiesRespect and enforce certification policies in terms of:H&S: Respect and enforce health and safety rules.Environment: Respect and enforce environmental policies.Information security: Respect and enforce information security policies.Energy: Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.RequirementsEducation and experienceMore than 5 years\' experience in facility and construction preferring in Data Center Industries.Technician/engineer with experience.Technical skillsKnowledge of electricity, air conditioning, computer networks, safety and securityAbility to coordinate supplier and contractorsProject managementAbility to listen to customer needs and constraintsUse of MS Project, Autocad, MS OfficeAbility to communicate in English on daily basisBehavioral skillsFlexibility and open-mind approachAbility to report and report quicklyEasy to communicate/exchange with our customersAccurate and methodologicalTeam spiritSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Data4. #J-18808-Ljbffr
