Elevate your career with us, where development and progress are at the heart of everything we do.STACKIT Data & AI - Engineering ManagerEmployment Area: Location: Employment Type:#### Your Tasks* You encourage the individual strengths of your employees and actively support them in achieving their career goals.* You search and find the right candidates to successfully enable the growth of STACKIT.* You are responsible for the design, development, provision, and operation of our Data & AI products and are significantly involved in the creation and validation of system designs and the operational performance of the services.* You conduct code reviews, thereby ensuring that the code meets our requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and correctness.* You have a comprehensive understanding of your customers' needs, are responsible for the technical vision of the product, and are significantly involved in the roadmap.#### Your Profile* You are a Servant Leader with a passion for guiding people on their path and supporting them according to their individual needs.* You have the necessary skills to always maintain an overview, even in a fast-paced, complex environment.
