If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing hotel chain in sunny Málaga, we want you on our team As a German Customer Support Advisor, you'll help guests from around the world with their inquiries and ensure they have the best stay possible.About the Role:We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a renowned hotel chain in Málaga. You’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. You’ll work directly with customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services.What You’ll Do:Handle incoming customer calls in German, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and support.Provide clear and professional communication to resolve customer issues.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.Handle a variety of customer queries, from booking confirmations to special requests.What We’re Looking For:German: Native or bilingual levelEnglish: Advanced (minimum C1)Ability to work 39 hours/week with alternating weekendsA valid NIE, NAF, and a Spanish bank accountWhat You’ll Get:Fixed monthly salary + bonusOnsite Training: From 9 AM to 6 PMLocation: MalagaContract: Indefinite term, with a 2-month probation periodWork Schedule: Flexible hours with alternating weekendsIf you’re looking to work in a dynamic customer service role for a top hotel brand in Spain, this is the opportunity for you Apply now and join our team in Málaga #J-18808-Ljbffr
