We at PRONOVIAS GROUP, a global leader in the Bridal industry, are currently looking for a professional and talented IT Digital Manager to join our IT department in our Barcelona HQ.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects within the digital ecosystem of Pronovias, composed of Magento 2 and Salesforce, communicating necessary requirements to the corresponding IT teams (e.g., hosting).
Propose improvements to the digital ecosystem for the marketing, retail, and commercial areas.
Support the organization by participating in business meetings and providing technological vision to implement improvements that add value to the business.
Manage requests and incidents, prioritizing and assigning them to the team.
Lead sprint planning meetings, seeking mitigation actions if there are delivery risks.
Follow Pronovias methodology by creating documentation for functional designs in case of more complex developments.
Supervise the analysis and technical solutions proposed by the team for new functionalities.
Plan the distribution of workloads and developments within the technical team.
Conduct functional testing of the most complex or critical developments to ensure compliance with requirements.
Ensure the quality of developers' code and adherence to development and security standards.
Analyze and resolve second-level incidents when technical teams cannot resolve them.
Invest time in training technical teams on best development practices.
Manage the digital IT area budget, assisting the technology director in annual preparation and subsequent reviews.
Oversee digital area vendors, from request for quotes, proposal review, purchase order creation, job tracking, and approval of invoices.
Manage team performance evaluations and provide periodic feedback.
Minimum Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a similar position, leading the digital area and defining solutions in Magento 2.
Demonstrable experience in PHP and MySQL, CMS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XHTML, CSS, API development; knowledge of module development and integration with payment gateways is a plus.
Demonstrable experience as a full-stack Magento 2 developer and e-commerce site implementation.
Experience in web optimization and maintenance; experience in integration with marketplaces is a plus.
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is highly valued.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in applying agile methodologies.
Computer engineering or similar degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of English; other languages are a plus.

Decision-making ability with the capacity to influence others and departments.
Ability to communicate at different levels, from directors of other departments (e.g., Marketing, Retail, Wholesale) to business managers and technical aspects with IT teams.
Able to build collaborative relationships with people inside and outside the department.
Ability to investigate how new technologies and solutions can impact the digital ecosystem.
Able to respond positively to constructive feedback.
