InvGate is a rapidly growing SaaS company specializing in IT management and service automation products, used by clients across more than 60 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education, and technology.
We are looking for a skilled Bilingual Technical Support / Presales Analyst to join our team in Spain. This hybrid role involves providing exceptional technical support combined with presales assistance to ensure an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities- Technical Support:
- Provide high-quality technical and functional support to clients worldwide via email, tickets, and remote sessions.
- Analyze and optimize client configurations, recommending improvements to enhance platform efficiency.
- Work closely with development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist the sales team during RFI and RFP processes by providing technical insights.
- Conduct tailored product demonstrations addressing clients' specific needs.
- Respond to technical questions from internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
- Experience in technical support, presales, or software implementation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, networking, and connectivity.
