Actualmente estamos colaborando con una destacada empresa del sector retail ubicada en Madrid, que busca incorporar a su plantilla a una persona para el puesto de IT Product Owner.
Como SR Product Owner, estarás a la vanguardia en un proceso de transformación digital, ayudando a crear experiencias de usuario excepcionales en plataformas digitales.
Jugarás un papel fundamental en la estrategia, planificación y ejecución de iniciativas digitales que impulsen el compromiso y la productividad de los usuarios.

Acerca del Rol / Funciones :
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de producto digital de acuerdo con los objetivos comerciales generales.
Priorizar el product Backlog de los squads de producto.
Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos marketing, negocio, diseño, ingeniería y análisis de datos para construir, desarrollar y lanzar nuevos productos digitales.
Realizar estudios de mercado y analizar datos de clientes para identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento de productos.
Desarrollar y mantener hojas de ruta de productos detalladas y marcos de priorización, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos comerciales y las expectativas de las partes interesadas.
Supervisar todo el ciclo de vida del producto, desde la ideación y planificación hasta el desarrollo, lanzamiento y optimización posterior al lanzamiento.
Monitorear y analizar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) para medir el éxito de los productos digitales e informar la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con las partes interesadas, tanto internas como externas, para garantizar una comunicación y colaboración fluidas.
Requisitos :
Entre 5 y 10 años de experiencia en gestión de productos o propiedad de productos, preferiblemente en el sector minorista o de comercio electrónico / Ecommerce.
Historial comprobado de gestión y lanzamiento exitosos de productos digitales.
Sólida comprensión de los principios de diseño centrado en el usuario, metodologías de desarrollo ágiles y conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de Ul / UX.
Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con la capacidad de obtener información de los datos y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de colaborar eficazmente con equipos diversos.
Se requiere fluidez en español; Los conocimientos adicionales de idiomas son una ventaja.
Experiencia con prácticas Agile, como Scrum, Kanban o Lean.
