Si es así, este es tu proyecto, desde LHH Mallorca buscamos un/a Operational Sales Manager para destacada empresa con varios centros de trabajo (showrooms), con fabricación y diseño propios y personalizados.

Tu misión, en dependencia directa del ceo, es el acompañamiento a los equipos de ventas y el análisis operativo de los procesos y productos junto con el equipo de interioristas para maximizar los resultados globales de la compañía.

Funciones principales:

- Gestión diaria y acompañamiento a los equipos de venta, y control de las ventas
- Coordinar y dirigir al equipo de interioristas, acompañando en la resolución de los problemas de los clientes.
- Supervisar que se cumplan los estándares de calidad de las tiendas.
- Análisis de ventas para entender las tendencias del mercado y planificar las ventas a futuro.
- Impulsar estrategias para promover la marca.
- Relaciones con clientes, proveedores y distribuidores para ofrecer nuevas oportunidades comerciales a la empresa.
- Definir junto con la Dirección los objetivos comerciales.
- Analizar el mercado y diseñar las oportunidades y las amenazas para el desarrollo de la empresa.
- Seguimiento de las 6 tiendas.
- Colaborar en la apertura de nuevos mercados o marcas, y control logístico de la división de cocinas.

Se requiere:

- Experiência previa de 5 años en puesto similar.
- Conocimientos de producto/interiorismo/construcción.
- Residencia y conocimiento de la zona de Mallorca.
- Nível alto de inglés (clientes extranjeros)
- Nível competencial alto en relaciones con personas.
- Flexible, adaptable y proactivo/a.
