Junior Project Manager (m/f/d)Wolters Kluwer is a global leader in information services and solutions for professionals in the finance, tax and accounting, risk and compliance, health and legal sectors. We help our customers make critical decisions every day by providing expert solutions that combine deep domain knowledge with specialized technology and services.We are looking for a self-driven, energetic, and motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team.Mission:Participate and collaborate in the Business Transformation projects within the organization.Your key responsibilities:Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify business needs and objectivesLead workshops for requirements gathering through User Stories involving the different business areasUnderstand and analyze current business flows in order to design a TO BE through performing process mapping and gap analysis to cover gaps, identify areas of improvement and enhance user experienceDevelop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including specifications, reports, ppts and user manualsParticipate in the development and execution of business transformation project’s testing, ensuring quality and performanceCollaborate with the Project Manager ensuring compliance with timelines and successful deliveryParticipate in EU alignment meetings and stand up for the requirement in the Spanish businessParticipate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, training and change management.Experience and skills:1+ years of previous experience as project manager, business analyst or consultantAbility to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organizationWork effectively in a team-oriented environmentQuick learning abilityAbility to organize/prioritize work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting prioritiesPrevious experience in a consulting/auditing firm will be a plusQualifications and Knowledge:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information TechnologyStrong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint & ExcelSalesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantageEnglish both writing and speaking fluentIf you think that you have the needed requirements click on the apply button to join us and #bethedifference.
