We offer a broad range of strategic, optimisation, management and advertising services in the UK, EU and globally.This is a great opportunity to work in arguably the most exciting area of e-commerce, with world leading brands, leaders in innovation or fast growing businesses to help them grow sales in the UK, EU and internationally.The RoleDuring a period of rapid growth, we are looking for a Marketplace Advertising Manager to bolster our team, working across both Amazon Sponsored Ads and the DSP.Reporting to the Marketplace Advertising Lead, you will have complete ownership of your clients’ advertising activity. You will define the strategy, be responsible for the running of paid advertising campaigns, as well as for reporting and communication.You will play a pivotal role in the full account lifecycle including project scope, client requirements, strategy, implementation, testing, and ongoing account management. An understanding of ecommerce & marketplace industry trends is vital.You will be an integral part of our advertising team, bringing new ideas and expertise that helps build our capability at a key stage in our development. Working closely with team members in the UK and the EU, sharing accounts and sharing ideas to drive the best results. This role offers the opportunity to develop highly valuable skills whilst providing huge potential for broader personal progression into the management of more junior team members at the executive and assistant level.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Tambo family, you will be part of our journey as an ambitious and rewarding startup. Your skills, feedback, passion and drive will help clients and Tambo to grow.Responsibilities will include:Onboarding of new clients, formation of strategy and setting KPI’sCreation and optimisation of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaignsCreation and optimisation of Amazon DSP activity (programmatic)Creation and delivery of performance reports to clients on a fortnightly basisHandle ad hoc communication with clients as it relates to their advertising activityAnalysing account performance and market behaviours to identify opportunities to grow your accountsUse proprietary and 3rd party tools for research and analysisSupporting other team members to grow accountsConducting training and develop appropriate documentation for clients and colleaguesSupporting wider business initiatives such as new business proposals and consultancy projects as requiredSkills & Experience requiredWe are looking for dedicated and driven candidates with a passion for ecommerce and advertising, with proven results in driving growth through Amazon advertising.
