What will you do? Collaborate in achieving the service objectives, customer satisfaction, and the efficiency of wellness processes. Collaborate and support in the supervision and control of protocol compliance. Propose and coordinate offers for client acquisition, design of promotions, etc., with the approval of the Hotel Director. Manage the Spa team in the absence of the responsible person (selection, onboarding, integration, training, scheduling, absences, hires, etc.). Participate in the administrative and accounting processes related to the receipt of Spa charges. Manage and supervise the provisioning of materials and products used for the delivery of services. Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of the facilities, notifying the Housekeeper and the Maintenance Manager of any possible incidents. What are we looking for? Required training: University degree or specialized higher degree. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Commercial skills, strong customer orientation. High level of English. Intermediate knowledge of Office package will be valued.
